Government officials said the national program would help alleviate poverty and joblessness in the country.

Coming all the way from Kabulinfo-icon, urban governance official Mohammad Nasir Hameed told the project’s launching ceremony at the governor’s house here that the national program was aimed at fighting poverty and joblessness in urban and rural areas across the country.
